Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We back many of our floral arrangements with an 8 Day Freshness Guarantee
and our arranged roses with a 5 Day "No Quibble" Rose Freshness Guarantee! If for any reason
our arrangement does not meet your expectations for freshness,
we will replace it!
Contact our Customer Service Department and we will make it right!
Please note that due to the nature and seasonal availability
of floral life, products may vary slightly in size and appearance.
In all our local delivery markets, we offer 3 timeslots for delivery: AM, 1st Local and Last Local. Our AM deliveries leave the store soon after opening and are generally delivered by noon. Orders received the prior day are eligible to secure delivery on our AM runs. 1st local deliveries leave by noon and are delivered by 3:30pm in most cases. Our last Local delivery leaves at 3:30 or 4pm and arrives usually before 6pm. Areas not included in our Local area leave the store by noon or 1pm and usually arrive by 5pm.
We offer special delivery runs when requested for an additional fee. We can usually deliver your item in 1 and a half hours from the time it is ordered. Same day delivery cut off is 5pm, including special delivery.
No One Home
If we arrive and no one is home to answer the door, we will do the following:
- If the weather is conducive (not storming, not freezing, temps between 40 and 70 degrees) to do so and the area, in the driver's judgement, is safe, we will leave the package in a protected space
- If we can't leave the package the driver will attempt to find a neighbor to receive it on your behalf. We will note it in our computer system and will leave a note on the door to let you know where the package was left.
- If no neighbors are available to receive the package, we will leave a note on your door and return the package to our store.
We love pets! Unfortunately, not all pets love our drivers! The act of handing flowers to the recipient is sometimes seen as an aggressive action toward the owner causing dogs to go in to "protect mode". Our drivers are trained to stay in the truck and call the recipient to come out if they observe dogs running freely in the yard and are trained to set the package on the porch if a dog is located in the home for the recipient to retrieve after the driver has returned to the truck. For our driver's safety, we have trained them to use Halt II in cases where in their judgement, they believe it is necessary to ward off a potential dog bite. For our driver's and your pet's safety please plan to have your pet secured if you know we are delivering to you.

We accept most major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover! At Royer's flowers and gifts,
we use Secure Server Software
(SSL) -- the industry standard for secure Internet commerce transactions.
This software encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read
as the information travels over the Internet.
Information Collection, Use & Sharing
Royer's flowers and gifts will not sell or rent your personal
information to any third parties. The information you allow us to collect
will be used only by our company to better serve you. Information we may
request includes: your name, address, email address, phone number and
credit card information. Royer's flowers and gifts uses these
items for three general purposes:
- To process and deliver your on-line order.
- To confirm delivery of your order (optional)
- To send news, promotions, and coupons to you (optional)
Royer's flowers and gifts may set and access Royer's flowers and gifts
cookies on your computer. The purpose of the cookie is to identify you
when you visit our site so that we may provide an enhanced and customized
"Your Account" Information Changes
Our website enables you to edit your Royer's flowers and gifts
on-line account information, address book and reminders service items
at any time by going to the 'My Account' section of the website.
All emails from Royer's flowers and gifts will be sent from email@example.com.
Royer's flowers and gifts will never ask you for personal information such as credit card numbers, passwords,
or bank account information via email. If you receieve an email from Royer's flowers and gifts asking for this
information it is probably an attempt by a third party to acquire your information. Do not disclose this
