I called at 4:00 pm when the previous florist online sent me an email stating they couldn’t deliver due to a remote location. When I called they were extremely helpful and was able to get exactly what I was looking for delivered within the hour. I will use them again instead of going online. Fantastic customer service!!

Worked with me while picking out flowers for prom and allowed to me explain my idea but helped me pick out something i am confident i will love. Not to mention when i got flowers for my mom they rearranged and also put flowers in the handful that i wanted. and the shop is well kept.

My wife sent flowers to me on valentines day as she was out of the country and delivery guy called me saying I am outside of your apartment's building but I was at my work. I requested him If he can deliver to my office and he said YES, he can. And he delivers a VERY BEAUTIFUL bouquet of flowers, with a small cute puppy(soft toy), within an hour. I really admire courtesy of Royer's Flowers.
