Non-Personally Identifiable Information
When you visit any of our Sites, we may collect basic, Non-Personally Identifiable, Information about you. This information may include but is not limited to information regarding your operating system, browser software, and IP (Internet Protocol) address. This information is used to detect problems with our server and to administer our Sites.
Personally Identifiable Information
When you place an order or entering a sweepstakes or promotion, we collect personally identifiable information. Personally Identifiable Information may consist of: your name, address, telephone number, email address, birth date, billing information (credit card number, expiration date and billing address), occasion type (Valentine's Day, etc.), information and the gift and message recipient's name, address, telephone number, email address and any other information you may provide us ("Personally Identifiable Information"). We use Personally Identifiable Information for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, subscription or registration, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers. Personally Identifiable Information is compiled by us and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis.
Changes To Your Personally Identifiable Information
Certain Personally Identifiable Information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, birth date can be changed by you via our account management functions on this website. Changes can be made in the My Account > Personal Information section. Order related Personally Identifiable Information such as billing information (credit card number, expiration date and billing address), occasion type (Valentine's Day, etc.), products purchased, any relevant promotion code and information and the gift and message recipient's name, address, telephone number can be changed by contact a customer service representative by telephoning 1-800-979-2761 or using the Contact Us feature on this website.
Placing an Order
When you place an order, we require you to provide us with Personal Information. We use this information to give you a customized experience and to process the orders that you place with us.
For your shopping convenience, when you place an order, we automatically establish your own Personal Account where information used in placing such order (including billing address, email address, telephone number) is saved. Your Personal Account is password protected from third parties. Our database stores your billing and delivery information, and will automatically transfer it to the order form each time you place an order so that you do not have to re-enter this information when you sign in at subsequent visits.
The recipient phone number, which you furnish to us when you place an order, is used for delivery purposes. On some occasions, the recipient may be called to schedule delivery. To maintain our high quality standards, we reserve the right to occasionally contact recipients to ensure satisfaction with their gift.
Use of Cookies/Clear GIFs
Cookies: Like many other commercial sites, our Sites utilize standard technologies called "cookies" and clear GIFs to collect information about how each of our Sites is used. We use your contact information so that you may take full advantage of these interactive tools. You may view, edit or opt out of these additional services at anytime.

In the event of a merger, consolidation, or sale or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of the company or its direct or indirect parent company (ies), one of the assets which would generally be transferred to the purchasing or new entity is the information we collect from our customers and store in our customer database. Child Protection
We take special care to protect the safety and privacy of children. Our Sites are general audience sites. Consumers making purchases on our Sites must have a valid credit card and be 18 years of age or older. It is the policy of the company not to collect personal information on any person under the age of 13 without parental consent and we request that any person under age 13 not submit any personal information via our sites without parental consent.
Web Browser Do Not Track Signals
Our website does not check for, nor do we respond to web browser "do not track" signals. No 3rd parties can collect personally identifiable information on this website.
3rd Party Collection of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Select third party companies do collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information for our website. This information is used by the third party companies to view and measure aggregate website visitor information, effectiveness of paid advertisements, order statistics and other metrics that allow the third part companies to advise us of marketing strategy. No Personally Identifiable Information is shared with these third party companies and the third party companies do not share or sell the information they collect.
Opt Out / Modify
We do not send unsolicited promotional email and we respect our customers' mail preferences. The site gives you several options for altering or removing your information from the database at any time.

You may also unsubscribe or opt-out of receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any of the promotional emails that we send you. Once your unsubscribe request is processed, we will not send you further promotional emails from that site from which you have requested to be unsubscribed, unless you opt back into receiving promotional emails from any one of our Sites.

When we receive an unsubscribe request we will try to remove your information within 30 days. Some requests may take longer and may require us contacting you. Due to the nature or email and address changes on a frequent basis you must provide us with the information used to sign up for the promotion/service. We can only remove emails in our database and do not have control if you provide us incorrect information which may include but is not limited to forwarded email addresses.
When you purchase from us, enter one of our sweepstakes or other promotion, we may need to contact you via phone, email, or mail to complete your order or entry, etc., even if you have opted out of these communication channels.
